Booth overview
I started quilting about 10 years ago because my mom would talk so excitedly about her quilting projects that I couldn’t help but check it out. She showed me the basics, and I was hooked! I love quilting because it provides an escape for me like nothing else. I also love it because I share the passion with my mother which has led to many quilt shop hopping trips and amazing stories between the two of us. We have even gotten one of my sisters hooked as well.
I decided to start this shop in the fall of 2021 because from October 2020 to September 2021, I was making monthly pillow covers for family and friends to bring some joy to a very stressful year. When I realized I had the year done, I wanted to keep going and thought about how much fun it would be to have one item that I make for each year with a different theme each month. It gives me a reason to keep sewing, and brings joy to those who visit my shop. It’s a WIN-WIN situation for sure!
