Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Welcome!
I custom hand make head wreaths, floral crowns, circlets, and other floral items, using imitation/silk flowers, leaves, berries and other items. My floral crowns are wonderful for weddings, handfastings, Renaissance fairs, and just to add a magical feel to any event, or ordinary day. I have many examples shown in my booth, these can be ordered to look like the one in the picture, or can be changed by exchanging colors or flower and ribbon types, sizes, and amounts, or if you don’t see a design that’s perfect for your vision of what you’d like, you can contact me with your ideas and I will work with you to create a wreath that is as close as possible to what you are looking for. Cost is comparable to the wreath that is closest to what you are looking for, for example, if you choose a simple wreath with just flowers and ribbons, but want all the colors, and/or ribbons changed, the cost of your custom wreath will be the same as the one in the listing, if you decide you would like crystals, beads, charms, a veil, or other similar items to that wreath, then the cost would be comparable to wreaths listed that include those items. I can tell you what the final cost will be before you order, or while we work on designing your wreath. All my creations are guaranteed, I will send you pictures of the finished wreath before I ship, if you want changes, I will make them, free of additional cost, (unless you want more costly items added) if you change your mind and decide you don’t want the wreath after it’s done, you are not obligated to buy it. Shipping policy

Free shipping to US addresses only, I ship by USPS Priority Shipping. For international shipping, I charge for exact shipping only, and do not charge a handling fee, please note that I am not responsible for what happens to the package once I drop it off at the post. Please contact me with any questions, before ordering.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days I do my very best to work with my customers to create something you will love to own, but should it happen that you are not happy once you receive your item, please contact me to see if there is something I can do to make it right. If you decide you still want to return your item, I do not pay for return postage, unless the problem is do to my error in some way, but I do accept returns, and exchanges, and offer refunds of the purchase price only, please contact me first, about the problem, you must pay the postage to return the item, you can ship by whatever method you prefer, it must be returned within 30 days of the “delivered” date on the tracking information, and in the same condition that I sent it in. If the item is sent after the 30 days, without prior arrangement, but is in acceptable condition, I will retain 15% of the refund. If the item is returned damaged in anyway, I will not issue a refund nor send back the item. If you wish the damaged item sent back to you, you must pay for shipping to send it back to you. Thank you.
