Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We aim to ship all orders the very next working day. All items are shipped using DPD, UPS or Postal Mail services.

Please allow 4-10 working days for European deliveries.

Please allow up to 20-50 working days for international deliveries.

We cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only guidelines. Hence, we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates.

If you haven’t received your order within these delivery time frames please contact us and we will assist with tracking your order.

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only guidelines. Hence we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates. Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on Bank Holidays.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary greatly between countries. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned like intimates, certain jewellery, gift cards, and some personal care items.

Re-import customs duties may be charged, we have no control over this and you should check with the carrier prior to sending.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Parcels that are cleared through customs by us on your behalf may have any customs duties incurred by us deducted from the final refund amount.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage)

If you wish to request reimbursement for postage due to an incorrectly advertised, damaged or faulty item just get in touch with us and we will reimburse your postage costs. Please be aware that the maximum amount we can refund you is the standard recorded Mail delivery cost. We also cannot refund the excess cost of parcels returned to us via courier or next day delivery.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company,next contact your bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time with all banks)

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to get approval.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage) Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and Its not our responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us.

If you are shipping an item over £75 / €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
