Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysReturns or replacement are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be in new & unused condition. In original packaging and have delivery confirmation to verify.
Skincare and Cosmetics can only be returned in new, unused condition in original packaging. If cosmetics has been used or tested, no refund will be given even if you return it. Due to sanitary reason, all cosmetics returns will be thrown away.
