Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

Horse Rescues work very hard to rehabilitate and successfully find every equine…horse, pony, donkey, and mule…that they take in a forever home.

Unfortunately the numbers of neglected and abused horses is staggeringly huge. Many of these rescues take in every horse who has found its way to their stall doors. The numbers usually are several each month. The cost to board, feed, and bring to optimal health these animals is extremely high.

One quote I read…“Our most recent Veterinary bill was $2000”.

Rescues survive on donations alone and every donation, large and small, helps them continue to find these INNOCENT animals good homes.

This is where All Horse Goods comes into play.

It is All Horse Goods mission to donate 20% of the proceeds, after all expenses have been covered, to a selected Rescue associated with a particular fund raising event during a 2-month time period. So given prep time to set up the fund-raiser the goal is to have 6 individual fundraisers each year. Each Rescue will be fully vetted to ensure its authenticity, so rest assured that your donations are going to a great cause!

The T-Shirts listed on All Horse Goods are not part of the fund raising event, but for each one purchased during a fund-raising event, 15% of that purchase (after costs) will be added to the fund-raiser.

Fund-raisers will be listed on this site, so be sure to check weekly for what is going on!

Free Shipping Worldwide EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:

Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but shipping is not offered to these countries.

Are Packages Shipped with Tracking?

Yes, All shipping methods have tracking. The quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.


Can I Return an Item Because I Don’t Like It?

NO. All Horse Goods does not accept returns because you “Don’t Like It”! Pictures of the item accurately and clearly depict how an item looks. Please be observant and carefully check out the appearance of the shirt you are purchasing. All shirts are of high quality and are at least 5.0 oz/square yard. Most are more. Fabric and ounces are indicated in the description.


What If the Item Arrives Defective or Damaged?

Returns are accepted if the item is defective or damaged in shipment.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to [email protected], then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.


What If I Don’t Receive My Package?

1. If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you report you have not received it, All Horse Goods WILL NOT cover refunding the order.

All packages are shipped with a tracking number. Check the tracking information to determine where your package is. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. There may be cases when the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch".

If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped.

2. If your order is lost in the mail, your claim must be submitted NOT LATER THAN 4 WEEKS after the estimated delivery date.

No worries! We’ll cover all the costs of replacing the item.

However, before we do that there are a couple steps you must submit to us.

a. You MUST confirm that the shipping address was correct.

You must confirm that you got in touch with your local shipper to try to locate the lost order. Confirmation from the shipper is needed.

Submit this proof and we will gladly replace the item(s).

NOTE: If the tracking information for the order states it was delivered, we won’t take responsibility and reship the order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense – you would need to reorder and pay for the item.


What if I entered the wrong address?

REALLY?

Ok, sarcasm aside, please make sure you enter a valid, “able to be delivered to” address where packages are actually picked up.

Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to be shipped.

In some scenarios, the local shipper is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient’s address.

If the SHIPPER IS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE it will be returned and you will be notified once it is received back. WITHIN 4 WEEKS you will need to confirm the updated and CORRECT address as well as PAY for SHIPPING the CORRECTLY ADDRESSED package.


My Order Shows It Is Being Returned to Sender, Now What?

There are a few reasons an order can be Returned to Sender. The most often is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned.

We advise that you contact us to determine how you would like to proceed – provide an updated address if you want to have the product reshipped.

NOTE that NEW SHIPPING CHARGES will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

NO REFUND will be given.


Can I add to my order once it has been placed in your booth?

No. You would have to place another order. So please make sure you have added all the items you want to your order before placing it. Thank you.
