Shipping policy

Your order is dispatched 1 working day after your payment has been cleared.
Our items are packed with extra care and delivered with the safest packing, so that they arrive to you in perfect condition.

After your order has been shipped, you get a shipping notification message mentioning the tracking order of the shipment. As with all Registered parcels, as soon as your parcel arrives at your local post office, you either get a notification message for the pick up of the parcel, or the parcel is delivered directly to your address.

You can check the status of the shipment and the delivery procedure on your National Post office’s web site or with your local post office using the tracking number provided.

  • Transit Time :
    We are not responsible for shipment transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary according to destination, especially during peak periods.

Days in transit time column refer to working days till the arrival to destination country. Customs clearance time is not included.
Buyers of non-EU countries or buyers from countries that have recently joined the EU, might have to pay import duties. Please check with your Customs’ Authorities before buying. We are not responsible for such duties.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

All items purchased from EL GRECO may be returned with the following conditions, except those marked as “Final Sale”:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in original, unused condition with all original tape, plastic protectors, and stickers intact and having never been removed..
Goods must be returned via a traceable carrier, such as FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS), with insurance and delivery to EL GRECO paid by the purchaser. Parcels shipped collect will be refused. The customer is liable for loss or damage in transit.
Refund of the purchase price will be issued in the same form as payment received.
EL GRECO policy is to attempt to contact the purchaser for 3 business days to resolve delivery problems or if delivery was refused. After 3 business days, such items will be regarded as returned and eligible for refund subject to the conditions above.
